soluluu, a product of PIXCELIT ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the website soluluu.com and all related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Information you provide. When you create a soluluu experience, we store the content you enter — recipient name, your message, chosen tricks, and rigged outcomes. We also collect your email address if you sign up or make a purchase.

Payment data. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card.

Automatic data. Like most websites, we collect basic analytics: pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location (country-level), and referral source. We use cookies only where functionally necessary (e.g., session tokens).

2. How we use it

• To create, deliver, and display your soluluu experience to the recipient.
• To process your payment and send you a receipt.
• To show you what the recipient did (taps, attempts, timestamps).
• To improve the product, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send you transactional emails (purchase confirmation, link to your creation). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

3. Who sees it

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, analytics) — and only what they need to do their job. If law requires disclosure, we comply.

4. Data retention

Your soluluu experience stays live as long as you want it. If you delete it, we remove the content from our servers within 30 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

5. Your choices

• Access & deletion. Email us at pixcellabs@gmail.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
• Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are required for the site to function.

6. Children

soluluu is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes, we will note the new effective date at the top. Continued use of soluluu after changes constitutes acceptance.
