These terms govern your use of soluluu.com and all related services operated by soluluu, a product of PIXCELIT ("we," "us," or "our"). By using soluluu, you agree to these terms.

1. What soluluu is

soluluu is a digital experience platform. You create short, interactive gift experiences — rigged games, reveals, and surprises — and send them to someone via a link. The recipient opens the link in their browser; no app download is required.

2. Your account

You may need to provide an email address to create or manage experiences. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person, one account.

3. What you can do

• Create soluluu experiences for personal, non-commercial use.
• Share them with anyone you choose via the generated link.
• Delete your experiences at any time.

4. What you cannot do

• Use soluluu to send harmful, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Attempt to access another user's data or experiences.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the tricks, animations, or code.
• Resell or redistribute soluluu experiences as a commercial product.
• Use automated tools to create experiences in bulk.

5. Payments & refunds

soluluu experiences are paid digital products. All sales are final once the experience link has been generated and delivered. If you haven't shared the link and encounter a technical issue, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect already-purchased experiences.

6. Content ownership

Your content. The text, names, and messages you enter remain yours. By creating an experience, you grant us a license to host, display, and deliver that content to your chosen recipient.

Our content. The tricks, animations, designs, code, and branding are owned by soluluu. You may not copy or redistribute them.

7. Availability

We aim to keep soluluu available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or retire tricks at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

soluluu is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific experience in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using soluluu at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for already-purchased experiences.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
